According to CHM product’s technics, this manual mainly introduce the function requirements of auto machine sheet cutter. The machine are mainly used for paper sheeting in Paper Mill, Printing House and etc, mainly process including: Unwinding—Cutting—Conveying—Collecting,

 

MAIN SPECIFICATIONS:

 

 

Feature

1: Cone chuck hydraulic paper jumbo roll unwinding station. It has a maximum lifting capacity of 1500kg and an 1800mm diameter. high-quality unwinding tension for pneumatic brakes.

2.EPC system: To increase cutting precision, the system automatically modifies the location of the paper rolls' edges.

3.Pneumatic slitting knife unit: Easily trim web edge and adjust slitting width. Options include an automatic slitting knife placement mechanism.

4.A powerful blower fan and Y-type pipe will be used to discharge waste edge paper from the machine.

5.Cross cutting knife uses a single rotating sheets cutter produced with high-quality, British-technical materials. Reduce noise and increase lift time.

6. The conveyor unit uses horizontal conveying in multiple steps to separate the paper sheets, move the sheets forward, and stack the sheets on a pallet.
